Returns and refunds

Contact zyro.omf@gmail.com with your order number to arrange a return or exchange and receive return instructions. Please do not send items without contacting us first.

For eligible standard goods, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions provided by Egyptian consumer-protection law. For faulty goods or goods that do not match the agreed specifications, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.

Where a statutory refund is due, it is made through the original payment method without additional cost in accordance with applicable law. A Printed item is not automatically excluded from returns merely because a catalogue design was selected.

يمكن طلب استبدال أو استرجاع السلع القياسية المؤهلة خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية. للسلع المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها، تواصل خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام. تظل حقوقك القانونية محفوظة.

يُرد المبلغ المستحق قانونًا بوسيلة الدفع الأصلية دون تكلفة إضافية وفقًا للقانون. لا يُستبعد المنتج المطبوع تلقائيًا لمجرد اختيار تصميم من الكتالوج.
